Order Processing Time

We ship fast! Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment receipt! DUE TO COVID SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS, OUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS (but we hope to be back down to our regular fast time in the near future!) Please allow for reasonable delays during peak shipping times, such as holidays, or disruptions due to inclement weather.

Please check over your receipt and contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order – once your order is processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping, it is difficult to make any changes.

Back-orders

Stock inventories are updated on our website once per week. On the rare event that you order something that is not currently in stock, we will contact you right away to work out a plan with you (thus please check over your contact info to make sure it is accurate).

Shipping Methods

We ship via standard shipping methods, through United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS (choice is up to our discretion, and is based on the size/weight of order). Delivery time depends on distance travelling, but once put in the mail, expect your order arrive within 2-7 BUSINESS days (weekends and holidays not included). Orders ship from one of our two warehouses, either Washington or Arkansas (depending on the item).

Priority or Expedited shipping available by request, please contact us if you have a deadline for receiving your order, so we can see what we can do!

Unless requested, signature is not required for delivery, and insurance is included.

International Shipping

International shipping is available by request. Shipping costs depends on size/weight of order and varies country. Please contact us for a quote!

Payment Options

Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards, via PayPal. Please note you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card with this method.

Phone Payment:You may select “phone order” as your payment method when you are checking out. We will then call you to process your credit card information over the phone. For your protection, your card will be charged while we are on the phone with you, as we will not write down the number (for security reasons).

Checks:You may pay with a check electronically, with an e-check payment via PayPal. Be aware that your order will not begin processing until the e-check payment clears. This can take up to a week.

We are unable to accept printed checks or money orders, no exceptions.

Tax

We are located in Washington State, and must charge Washington State residents the tax percentage associated with their area.

Return Policy & Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund less shipping costs (shipping costs are not refundable). Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us via email or Facebook.

We have a 15% restocking fee. Large area rugs are special order and may not be returned. Swatches are available to test out colors before investing in a large rug.

In all cases of returns, merchandise must be in new condition, in the correct packaging, with the insert slips in the packaging. Any items not in the correct packaging or in new condition will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Please take note that every computer monitor displays color slightly different and we do our best to describe things accurately.

Return address will be provided upon approval of return. Please contact us prior to shipping a return .

Failed Delivery

In the event that your order cannot be delivered to you and it is returned to us, we will hold your order until you provide updated shipping information. You will be responsible for the new shipping charges. In the event we are unable to connect with you in a reasonable amount of time to make re-shipment arrangements, your order will be cancelled and refunded (minus a 50% restocking fee).

We will ship to the address you enter into our system; in the event that we make a mistake in entering your shipping information, we will bear responsibility for reshipping your order to you.

Shipping Damages

Please examine your package immediately upon receipt. If there is shipping damage, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt, by e-mail, and we will arrange for carrier to verify shipping damage. You must keep all shipment packaging, as the carrier may require it in order to verify damages. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item and we may require that the item be returned prior to exchange. If an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, then we will refund your purchase.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We will only use your information to contact you about your order. We will not sign you up for any marketing email lists, nor will we share your information with anyone, under any circumstance. We use a third party to manage our marketing emails – you means you will only receive our newsletter if you sign up on our website, and you can cancel at any time, as you manage your own subscription.
